Drinking diuretics will make your body loose the water and make you thirstier. In addition, you need to drink much water after drinking coffee and other things. Water also helps you lose weight fast by cleansing you body from toxin.

Cut down on your portions in order to reduce your calorie intake. People with obesity probably eat only three meals a day but their portions are enough for a couple of people. Eat only a half of your regular portions. You should chew each bite much slower than you normally do. You will find the slower you chew, the less food you will need to be satisfied. Besides cutting your daily meal, give attention on your snack consumption. Reduce your snack, choose healthy snacks like fruits, and don’t eat snack after taking dinner.

Don’t forget about taking exercise regularly because you can not lose weight faster without it. You have to know exactly the type of exercises that will help us lose weight quickly. There are two main type of exercises; aerobic training and strength training (or anaerobic). Each one contributes differently to lose the excess weight. While doing aerobic exercise you will burn your excess fat calories. Strength training primarily will increase the speed of your resting metabolic rate (RMR). Resting metabolic rate is the number of calories your body burns while you are at rest.
